# Instructions for oral presentations

The timing for the talks is 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of questions. The presentation and questions will be in English.

Please send us your slide show at least 48 hours in advance, both in powerpoint format and pdf format.

# Instructions for posters

A0 format (84.1cm x 118.9cm) written in English - posters will be presented in two separate sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday, see schedule). You are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to the conference venue. We will set them up.
